Deposits are non-refundable (except due to force majeure). Facilitators must have their own event insurance policy which covers the activity being provided. It is the Facilitators responsibility to communicate all safety information to the participants. Participants venture into nature at their own risk. Parking at your own risk. Facilitators must ensure that the participants show respect for The Lodge and contents and cover any damages and/or theft. Facilitators must arrive before participants and must be the last to leave. Where catering is selected during booking, the catering services are supplied by the independent caterer specified at the time of booking. Mucklagh Lodge acts solely as a disclosed booking agent for the caterer and collects payment on their behalf. The catering contract is between the retreat organiser and the caterer. Responsibility for the provision, quality, and delivery of catering services rests with the caterer.
