A rental can be part of another rental. Like a room that's part of a hotel. The availability of a single room depends on the availability of the complete hotel. And, if all of the rooms are booked, the complete hotel is also booked.

To link the availability of different units to each other, you can import their calendar feeds in each other.

1. Go to one of your units
2. Go to Synchronization
3. Copy the export link
4. Switch to another unit with which you want to synchronize availability
5. Click + Calendar import
6. Paste the link you just copied
7. Repeat the other way around

That's it, the availability of these units are now synced.

This even works when the units are not in the same organization.
